What that means

Some of the links on this site are affiliate links. If you click one and buy something, I may earn a small commission from that sale. The price you pay is exactly the same either way — the commission comes out of Amazon's margin, not your pocket. You are never charged extra for using a link here.

What it does not change

Commission rates vary by product category, and I do not let that decide what gets recommended. Nothing on this site is a paid placement. No brand has paid me to be included, and no brand gets to review or approve what I write about their product before it goes up. If something has a flaw, it gets written down next to the good parts.

Why there are no prices on this site

Amazon prices change constantly, sometimes several times a day. A price written on a page is out of date almost immediately, and a stale number is worse than no number. So this site does not display prices at all. Every link goes to the live Amazon listing, where the current price is always the real one.

Availability and accuracy

Products get discontinued, revised, and replaced without warning. I update this site regularly, but a listing can change between my last check and your click. Always confirm the details on Amazon before you buy, and treat anything written here as one person's experience rather than a guarantee.
